With more than three decades spanning payer, provider, and startup environments, she offers a systems-level understanding of how mission-driven organizations move from vision to sustainable impact.

As founder of Channel Health Advisors, Jude partners with early-stage and growth-stage organizations to translate innovative ideas into scalable, compliant, and ethically grounded operations. Her work consistently bridges business strategy and real-world implementation—helping organizations balance innovation, financial stewardship, and accountability to the communities they serve.
 

Jude has held senior leadership roles across the healthcare ecosystem, including Chief Clinical Officer at Healthrageous, where she oversees population-based programs for older adults, and prior executive roles at Centene and Humana, where she led value-based product innovation generating measurable quality improvements and more than $21 million in validated savings. Her background reflects deep experience building partnerships, piloting new models, and guiding organizations through complexity and growth.
 

An MBA graduate of Michigan State University and a Certified Physician Assistant, Jude brings disciplined business insight, clinical credibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset to board service.
